Sales Tax
Georgia law requires Tank Workshop to
collect sales tax on purchases in Georgia. The Georgia sales tax is 7%. The sales tax will be calculated for you during the order process and
will show up on your invoice when you check out.

Processing an Order
SHIPPING:
Our policy is to ship every order within 48 hours (or 2 business days). However, we sometimes miss this mark and have to hold items longer than this. If we ever have to hold your order for more than 5 business days, you will be contacted by phone or email explaining the reason for the delay.
Please note that shipping days are calculated in business days. Tank Workshop is closed during the weekends and most U.S. Federal holidays. If you place an order during such time, it will not be received until the next business day.
STOCKING:
Tank Workshop makes ALL the resin products it sells, so these items are
ALWAYS “in stock.” Tank Workshop does NOT place items on back order. In the rare event that we are unable to ship part of your order, we will delete that item from your order and either credit your credit card or PayPal account, or send a refund check with the rest of your order. IF WE HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, you will also be notified of the situation BEFORE we ship your order so you can provide us with further instruction as to how we might be better able to satisfy your modeling needs.
PAYMENTS:
Tank Workshop does NOT charge your credit card until
it is ready to ship. All other methods of payment are deposited upon receipt. If – for ANY reason – we are unable to process and ship your order within 5 business days, we will make an effort to call or email you so we can explain the delay and resolve any problems.

How to Change Your Order
Tank Workshop processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, or wish to change your order, please notify us
IMMEDIATELY! You may contact us by email
or phone. If you contact us BEFORE your order is processed, we will do everything reasonably possible to help you resolve any problems you may have with your order. Unfortunately, if we have already shipped your order, there will be little we can do to help.

Tank Workshop guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, or if you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason, please contact our customer service department so we can help you resolve the problem.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Tank Workshop guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly replace the defective parts. If we are unable to correct your problem to your satisfaction, we will gladly provide a full refund of your purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The refund will be administered upon return of the products you purchased. If your purchase was a gift and the recipient wishes to return or exchange your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase price ONLY.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
LIABILITY POLICY:
Tank Workshop is NOT responsible for any uninsured items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Any and all claims for uninsured items lost or
damaged during shipping should be directed toward the carrier.
Tank Workshop is VERY concerned with customer service and satisfaction, and we will do everything we can to help with shipping problems. If your order is lost in the mail, please notify us. We have a very good relationship with our postmaster general, and we will do everything possible to help you find and/or retrieve your package.

Shipping and Handling
Tank Workshop ships all orders in the U.S. and APO addresses by U.S. Priority Mail
w/ delivery confirmation. We ship all orders outside the U.S. by U.S. International First
Class (Airmail). There is no tracking provided for this international
shipments. In order to track an International shipment you will need to
request the order be shipped by registered mail. This can be add at cost
to your order. We will be happy to ship your order using other carriers, but you MUST contact us BEFORE placing your order to make arrangements to do so, and for a shipping quote.

Tank Workshop is also the recipient of any settlement awarded by the insurance company. After the claim is settled, we will either replace your lost order, or issue you a full refund of your purchase.
DELIVERY TIME:
Tank Workshop ships ALL orders inside the U.S. by U.S. Priority Mail. This service normally takes 2-3 business days. However, the Post Office states that it may take up to 10 days for delivery. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery if you live inside the U.S.

Most of the orders we ship to our customers outside the U.S. arrive in 2-3 weeks. We would appreciate you allowing 4 weeks for delivery before contacting us about your order.
NOTE:
Tank Workshop has NO control over packages once they reach the customs department in your country. Once your package reaches customs, we CANNOT track your package. Tank Workshop is NOT responsible or liable for any package that is left unclaimed in customs.

Minimum Order
The minimum amount for an order in the U.S. or Canada is $10.00. There is a minimum order of $20.00 for all other countries. Tank Workshop reserves the right to decline any order that does NOT meet this requirement.
