20 April 2009
Hello all,
Well we're back from the AMPS International show and it's time to get back
to work. First a few words about the show. I'd like to say thank you to all of
those who stopped by and chatted. It was a pleasure to meet you all. I'd like
to say thanks to the entire AMPS crew who put this show on. It was a huge show
from the minute the doors opened till they closed. Your job wasn't easy but
you guys sure made it look easy. Once again great show and I'm looking forward
to the Auburn show next year. I hope to have some photos up on the bulletin
board this week.
On to more news. Last week we unofficially released three new items. These
were introduced at the AMPS show and now the "official" announcement is here.
We have released TWS 0051 which is the Continental R-985 radial engine used by
the U.S. to power several armored vehicles besides the Sherman. This is just a
the engine and it's components. Secondly is TWS 0061 M48-A3 M-1 cupola with
early and late style hatches. Lastly is STZ 0039 Russian D-30 muzzle break. We
have finally resolved the mold issues and this break is gorgeous Check out the
listings for more information as well as photos.
Well that's all the news I have right now. The email inbox was quite full
when I returned home yesterday so back to work getting those orders out. Thank
you all for your continued support.
